April Reading Wrap

Best quote
"For a moment, you won't be certain what you've done.  What you've done is this: You have done the best you could.  On the darkest of pathways, you have managed to stay true to the better angel of your nature"

This is probably the smartest book I will read all year.

Also read in April
The Dark Days Club by Alison Goodman
Cinder (The Lunar Chronicles Book 1) by Marissa Meyer
The Diviners by Libba Bray
The Girl in the Glass by Jeffrey Ford

  1. Your booklist broadens my awareness of authors offerings that are so different from those on my booklist. Right now, I am reading, The NY Nobody Knows: Walking 6000 Miles of the City by WM Heimreich; The Road to Little Dribbling by Bill Bryson; First Women: by Kate Andersen Brower; Adventures of a Railway Nomad by Karen McCann; Hamilton by Ron Chernow; and Only Beloved which is the sixth and final book in the Survivor's Club series by Mary Balogh. My only Library book checked out at this time is, The Last Mile by David Baldacci. I underline and take lots of notes .. a nice pastime. As nice as reading your blogs!
